What we keep for an account
Each user's name and email, and the account's name.
What we keep from what you send
The fields and any context you send, your questions, the answers, every probability and the prism version each answer came from. Also the file name or reference you attach, which user or API key sent it, and the model's raw response.
The contact form
Your name and work email, what you want, and whatever else you choose to add: company, role, industry, use case, monthly volume and a message. With it we keep the time you sent it, your browser's user agent and the country Cloudflare sees your connection come from, but not your IP address. We use it to get in touch with you and to learn who asks for Prismlet. It passes through Cloudflare, which hosts this website, to our own server in the EU, where the Prismlet team reads it. We delete it 60 days after it arrives. To have it deleted sooner, email privacy@prismlet.com.
This website
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts.
The app
The app keeps you signed in with a token in your browser's local storage, which signing out removes. It sets no cookies. The server logs each request's URL and the IP address it came from.
How we use it
To answer what you send and run your account. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Records with personal data
You decide what is sent, so send only what your questions need.
Contact
For anything about your data, email privacy@prismlet.com.
